Global meetings and events technology company exhibits at IMEX in Frankfurt, opens Sydney office androlls out new versions of Certain Registration® and eventsPro™
SAN FRANCISCO, CA – May 7, 2008 – Certain Software and its Amlink Technologies division are traversing the globe from Frankfurt to Sydney to showcase the benefits of their technology solutions for meetings and events professionals. Certain’s Chief Operating Officer, Trevor Gardiner, and Executive Vice President, Ken Voss, turned outwith their team to present to over 8,500 international planners and buyers attending IMEX 2008 in Frankfurt,Germany this April.
“IMEX is such a great forum to meet with our European user base. Following the recent merger of Amlink into Certain, this has been a valuable chance get out there and have some fantastic dialogues about Certain’s events™ and Registration™ product lines. This merger has truly given us an opportunity to bring all our products to world-widemarkets,” says Ken Voss.
Meanwhile in the Southern Hemisphere, Certain’s President and Chief Executive Officer James A. Pappas will be atthe Australian Events Expo in Sydney this May. While there, the Certain CEO will meet with several events™ productline customers.
Also later this month, Certain will be opening a brand new Sydney office to increase its on-the-ground sales presencein this key international city. The new office will be located at Unit 15, 45 – 51 Huntley Street in Alexandria south of Sydney’s city center.
May 2008 also brings new releases of flagship products under the Certain umbrella. The Version 11 release of itscore events management product, eventsPro™, will bring users expanded features in the Sales and Sponsorship,Transportation and Financial Control modules as well as one-touch reporting and shopping cart paymentsfunctionality. A Version 11 release of eventsInteractive™ will include a survey module, express form templates and anewly optimized user console design.
The Version 4.16 release of Certain’s core online registration Software as a Service (SaaS) product, Certain Registration®, will offer users expanded functionality to handle session waitlists for managing program attendanceas well as generate bar code confirmations for on-site tracking of attendees at events. Also coming with the Certain Registration™ Version 4.16 release will be the launch of on-demand training videos that will provide users withextensive self-service features training presented in a dynamic multi-media format.
