Certain Software® Inc. Moves Headquarters to San Francisco's Financial District

Bay Area online registration software company positions for continued growth in 2008 as it relocates to a new office in San Francisco’s South Financial District

SAN FRANCISCO, CA – January 23, 2008 - Driven by major strides in 2007 and aggressive plans for 2008, Certain Software, Inc. has relocated its headquarters office to the San Francisco South Financial District. Certain, whose flagship Software as a Service (SaaS) application is Certain Registration®, now occupies over 15,000 square feet of high-rise office space at 75 Hawthorne in San Francisco’s reemerging tech core.

“Moving our headquarters team to the center of San Francisco business is a very exciting milestone for us. Certain has grown tremendously in the past few years to meet the market demand for more and more sophisticated online registration software and services,” remarks Certain’s President & CEO, James A. Pappas.

“When our first meeting planning product hit the market in 1994, we were doing everything with a small start-up team. As our product suite has expanded, our team has also grown to include a remarkable talent base of software development, networking engineering, product management, implementation services, product support, sales, marketing and operations professionals.”

A new headquarters office is only one indicator of Certain’s momentum. Over the past year, Certain has signed major customers including the Boy Scouts of America, Envision EMI and The Ohio State University. To bring customers unique full service offerings, Certain has also strategically partnered with world-class organizations including site-selection giant HelmsBriscoe, university payment specialist Nelnet Business Solutions, and United Kingdom event marketer Concep Global.

This January, Certain has also redefined its online presence with the launch of a fresh, new website to include educational multi-media content for meetings and events professionals delivered via a stylish Web 2.0 era design.
