San Francisco, CA - May 20, 2010 - Certain Software, the leading provider of event and meeting management solutions, today announced that Dr Rick Borry, Chief Software Architect at Certain Software, will be presenting at the Society of Government Meeting Professionals (SGMP) conference on Friday May 21st at the Hyatt/Westin Crown Center in Kansas City.

Rick Borry founded Register123 in 1998 and grew it into one of the early leading providers of online registration tools for the professional meeting planning industry. He joined Certain Software after it acquired the online registration company in 2001. Since 2005, Dr. Borry has been an active member of the APEX Technology Advisory Committee, charged with developing XML standards for the group travel industry through the Open Travel Alliance. In 2008, Dr. Borry chaired the executive merger transition team after Certain Software and Amlink Technologies joined to create Certain, a global events management software company.

Dr Borry will be discussing the latest trends and benefits of state-of-the-art online registration for meetings and events.
