Make a powerful impact with the ability to build custom branded registration websites with your own graphics and URL.

Using the administration side of Certain Meetings, planners can quickly build online registration websites with convenient templates or by completely customizing all the design elements, backgrounds, fonts, headers, images and links. Custom questions can be configured to collect the data you need to plan effectively. With Certain Meetings Professional Edition, the URL of your online registration websites can be customized to reflect branding and optimize your keyword search.

    The Certain Meetings base application offers the most customizable and flexible session management tool in the industry. It enables users to manage complex convention and event programs, including daily breakouts, tracks and session modules with tiered pricing and inventory limits. Continuing Education Units can also be tracked.

    Keep registrants informed with personalized, unlimited email communications.

    The base Certain Meetings application also includes event marketing communication tools that allow you to keep registrants informed and significantly enhance the attendee experience. Confirmation emails can also include links to automatically schedule events on attendees' Outlook calendar.

  • Reporting Features

    Report on event spending, attendance and more using oneclick standard and customized reports.

    The base Certain Meetings application also offers a variety of one-click summary, system, and custom reports exportable in a number of industry standard formats. Standard reports include updates on attendee status, personal agendas, budget, housing, financials, hotel and travel. Consolidated reporting is available to track data across multiple meetings and events.

Financial Module

Process credit card payments and refunds conveniently and securely with the highest levels of data and e-commerce security.

The Financial Module can be added if you need to process credit card transactions as part of online registration. Certain has partnered with Paypal to provide a secure and flexible environment for payment processing options through Certain Meetings. Attendees may choose to pay by credit card, bank wire transfer, invoice, PO or check. Certain Meetings also offers the highest level of e-commerce security available, compliant with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard Level 1 for service providers.

Travel Module

Make travel preferences and reservation data available to travel agents.

The Certain Meetings’ Travel Module can also be added if you need to manage attendee travel arrangements. The application will automatically notify travel agencies via email with any new or modified attendee itinerary changes. The travel module includes 15 custom travel questions as well as the ability to upload images such as travel documents, passport images or speaker bios.

Housing Module

Manage accommodations, match roommates and provide timely data to hotels.

By adding the Certain Meetings Housing Module, it is easy to manage accommodations by tracking hotels, rates and hotel room types based on attendee type in real time. Certain Meetings offers roommate matching based on attendee preferences. Certain Meetings is also able to seamlessly integrate with any Passkey enabled hotel, anywhere in the world.

    Within the Housing Module, you can also activate roommate matching features to automate shared accommodations and save on overall housing spending. You can specify up to six levels of roommate matching criteria (gender, smoking preferences, custom profile fields, etc.)
