A complete application for the management of RFP, site search, hotel evaluation, and contract process for meetings, Certain Sourcing has been developed by meeting planners for meeting planners, and reflects over 50 years of experience in the meetings and events industry. Certain Sourcing is offered on an annual user-license basis.

Integration with Certain Meetings

Certain Sourcing integrates directly with Certain Meetings for a complete experience and workflow for planners. Beginning with a meeting request and approved budget, meeting planners can send approved meetings to Certain Sourcing for the purpose of site selection and contract. Once the planner has selected a supplier and contracted the meeting, the meeting’s contracted details can be returned to Certain Meetings for further planning, documentation, and registration activities.
