This is an Advanced Cardiac Life Support Provider (Initial) Course, also referred to as ACLS. The intended audience is healthcare providers who may be in a position to respond to a cardiovascular emergency. This is a two-day course and attendance at both sessions is required for completion of the course.
The ACLS textbook and is required for admittance to course. To ensure success in this course, it is strongly recommended that the textbook be reviewed prior to coming to class. The book is available at the CUMC Human Resources office or the CU Bookstore. For those who are CUMC employees please bring your badge to class.
