To begin your online renewal, enter in your member user ID and password in the fields below. If you need your member user ID and password and have a valid email address on file with us, you can get it here. (link will open a new window)

Since you are already a member, you are preassigned a membership category and a fee. The fee schedule for your 2010 membership is as follows:

  • Regular $335
  • Affiliate Surgeon $285
  • International Member $285
  • Affiliate Physician $285
  • Candidate Member $35
  • Associate $100 without journal, $175 with journal
  • International Associate $100 without journal, $175 with journal
  • Affiliate Associate $75 without journal, $150 with journal
  • International Affiliate Associate $75 without journal, $150 with journal
  • Integrated Health Student $35
