The Richmond Field Hockey Camp is committed to improving young women athletically and personally. The coaching expertise will improve individual  skill and tactical understanding, as well as developing heightened confidence through positive coaching. It is our desire to share our personal mission of using athletics as a platform of building the character qualities an excellent woman embodies. Our aim is to be UNCOMMON.

The camp will be held at the University of Richmond. All sessions are held on Crenshaw Turf Field. Girls will stay in air-conditioned residence halls in close proximity to the newly renovated dining hall and field. 

* This camp session is open to any middle school to high school-aged girls
* Athletic trainers will be on staff at all times to provide preventive and remedial care.
* All participants will be required to attend all sessions and to comply with the rules and regulations governing camp.
* Alcohol, smoking and drugs are not permitted.
* Mouthguards and shinguards are required for all players.
* Goalkeepers must provide their own equipment.

·         I am the parent or legal guardian of the child being registered for camp;

·         I understand that it is my responsibility to ensure that my child is healthy and has no medical or other condition that would preclude his/her participation in the camp;

·         I understand that I am responsible for supplying and arranging for the administration of any medication that my child may require during camp activities;

·         My child is covered by a health insurance plan or commensurate governmental health benefit plan and, upon request of the University of Richmond, I will provide evidence of such coverage;

·         I hereby authorize the University of Richmond, its employees, agents and camp staff to render first aid and to arrange for the provision of or to provide urgent or emergent medical care to my  child during camp activities in the event I cannot be contacted prior to the time such care is furnished;

·         I agree that any expense for such medical care is my responsibility; and

·         I hereby personally assume any and all risks associated with my child’s participation in camp.
