The Program costs as well as the costs of lodging during the program are covered by PREP.  However, there is a registration fee for each program, and participants are responsible for their own transportation to and from the program site, as well as at least some portion of the cost of meals, unless the workshop description indicates otherwise.  Enrollment is limited so interested faculty are encourage to apply early.  A surcharge will be added to the program fee after the regular registration deadline.  Payment (Mastercard, Visa, or check) must accompany application.  For further information and registration deadlines, visit http://www.maa.org/prep/2010 .

Please note that your participation in this workshop is subject to review and final approval by the MAA in consultation with the workshop organizers.  If for any reason this program is cancelled, you will be notified by the registration deadline and you will receive a full refund of the registration fee.  If you choose to not attend the program you must notify us prior to the registration deadline.  Cancellations made after this date are subject to a 50% administrative charge.
