Fees
View Registration Fees & Deadlines Pay by Mail or Online: After registering online, payment may be remitted separately by mail or via credit card online. US Dollars Required: Fees must be remitted in US dollars. Checks written in currencies other than US dollars will be returned. Member Rate: You must be an active ACRM (not BI-SIG only) or ASNR member to receive the member discount. Host Country Rate: Non-members who live and/or work in Canada are eligible. Please present proof of citizenship or a business card onsite. Non-Member Rate: Non-members receive a 6-month ACRM or ASNR membership and subscription to the organization's journal, effective with registration. Special Pricing: Available if you are unemployed, traveling from a lower income country, or an Emeritus Member or consumer with a disability. Groups of 5+ are also eligible. Cancellation & Substitution Policy
Registration cancellations, substitutions and/or changes must be in writing, via email to ACRM-ASNRConference@hgmp.com and received on or before Monday, October 18, 2010 at 5pm EST. No cancellations will be accepted by phone. All cancellations and substitutions for the main conference incur a US $150 fee. For cancellations, members will receive an automatic 6-month extension of their membership and non-members will receive a 6-month membership to ACRM or ASNR with a subscription to the organization's journal, effective upon cancellation. Applies to full paying members and non-members only. For substitutions, the person attending will be charged US $150 and receive a 6-month extension of an existing membership or a membership to ACRM or ASNR. Applies to full paying members and non-members only. Cancellations to any of the Pre-conference or Early Career Development courses incur a US $45 fee per course.
Faculty/Speakers
Conference speakers are eligible for a discount until September 9, 2010. Simply enter the passcode SPK2010 and click continue to begin registration. Poster and paper presenters are not eligible for the faculty/speaker rate.
