CONFERENCE WORKSHOP SCHEDULE
There will be over 125 workshops, seminars, exams, meetings, and programs being conducted during the entire conference for both veteran SBDC participants and those new to the SBDC program. New this year, industry specific network discussion groups, Technology Counselor Competency track, Core Counselor Competency Training Track, and an International Trade Track.
The full CONFERENCE WORKSHOP SCHEDULE will be posted on the ASBDC website in early June 2010 so you can fully review workshop programs being offered at this year’s Annual Conference in San Antonio. Meanwhile, we have posted all programs, with descriptions, requiring pre-registration. Please review them so when you do register for the conference, you can pre-register for these programs at the same time.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
ASBDC encourages you to pay by check as it results in a meaningful savings in processing fees. Please be sure your check identifies the conference participants for whom payment is being provided. Checks should be made payable to: ASBDC. Send to:

ASBDC will accept credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover) if paying on-line. Purchase orders ARE NOT an acceptable form of payment. No credentials will be issued on-site without full payment of all conference fees.

5:00 pm (EDT), Friday, August 27, 2010. Regular Registrations fees ($695 or $795) will be in effect for conference registrations received after 5:00 pm, FRIDAY, AUGUST 27, 2010.
** SPOUSE/GUEST REGISTRATION FEE: allows admission to the ASBDC Welcome Reception on Wednesday evening and Friday evening’s Closing Banquet ONLY. This fee does NOT include admission to any other ASBDC conference functions, including entrance to the Exhibit Hall/Trade Show at times other than the Wednesday evening Welcome Reception.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation requests MUST be in writing and received in the ASBDC office no later than Friday, September 3, 2010. ASBDC will refund the registration fee minus a 15% processing fee. There will be NO REFUNDS for cancellations received after September 7, 2010. All refunds will be processed AFTER the conference.
