You are invited to the 15th Annual Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation of America (CCFA) Patient and Family Education Conference. Offered by The Illinois Carol Fisher Chapter of CCFA, “State of the Art: New Advances and Treatments of Inflammatory Bowel Disease” will focus on medical, surgical and integrative approaches for managing inflammatory bowel disease. As a patient or family member affected by inflammatory bowel disease, you are aware of how difficult these cases are to manage. This conference will update your knowledge and enhance your patient management skills by informing you of the latest advances in the treatment and management of IBD. New insights into the mechanisms of this chronic disorder will be explored as well as the best practices from an interdisciplinary team of internationally renowned experts.
This activity has been planned for patients, family members, teens and children affected by inflammatory bowel disease as well as other persons in the healthcare community with an interest in the treatment and management of patients with IBD.
