Every fall in New Orleans Square something magical happens to the Haunted Mansion. Jack, Sally, Zero and the rest of the citizens of Halloween Town make themselves at home and transform this classic Disneyland attraction into the "Haunted Mansion Holiday." This impressive overlay was first introduced in 2001 and has continued to be a favorite with park guests year after year.

Disney collectible artist Dave Avanzino has created this paper sculpture featuring the many characters and gift boxes that appear in the attraction's load area. This scene was designed by Brian Sandahl & Tim Wollweber and Dave worked from their original artwork files to design this limited edition. The only change he made was that Jack was added to the scene. Original pen, ink and watercolor illustrations were created for each character and their corresponding gift box. These images were reproduced as Giclée prints, hand cut by the artist and, after painting the edge of each piece with black ink, they were assembled into this dimensional scene. The artwork is framed in a 4" deep shadowbox frame with a double mat that includes a hand-painted purple mat and the art is signed and numbered by the artist.

 SHADY GROVE MOSAICS

Husband and wife team Victor and Kelly Cabatuan found each other and then discovered their combined artistic abilities. It eventually expressed itself through their creation of mosaic art. With Kelly's sense of color and design, and Victor's attention to detail, it was a winning combination right from the start.
Through years of trial and error, their trademark style was born, a fresh and contemporary twist to an old world art form. Mostly made using ceramic tile, their mosaics are created by individually cutting each piece of tile using tile nippers, saws, grinders and a variety of carving tools. This process makes each finished piece a unique and one of a kind creation. Kelly and Victor work on every project together because they believe that individually they could never accomplish what they do and it pushes them to continually grow, challenge and inspire each other.
