You will be officially enrolled in courses when you have completed the following steps:

1. If you receive financial aid, do NOT use this form.  You must come, in person, to the SSU Extended Education office to pick up financial aid papers, and you may enroll in person at that time.
2. You must have accurately completed this registration form.
3. You must have included credit card information for payment.
4. You must have received a confirmation letter, from Extended Education, via U.S. mail.
