Harveys for Disney Couture is available at Disney Vault 28 in the Downtown Disney® District. 
Disney Vault 28 was among the first to feature the Harveys for Disney Couture Seatbeltbag collection, which showcased original Mickey Mouse cartoon strips on some of Harveys most popular silhouettes and accessories. Inspired by Disney’s most iconic characters, Mickey and Minnie Mouse, Harveys Disney Couture features the authentic Harveys seatbelt webbing, only this time of a comic strip in which Mickey is trying to capture the heart of Minnie by showering her with roses. These fashionable classic silhouettes showcase the comics with splashes of color, creating a commercial pop-art look with a Disney creative touch.
