1. Leveraging Your Local Media
One of the country’s leading specialists in getting the maximum out of local market “earned media” will present tactics and strategies for this discipline. Approaches to gain the interest of local television, radio, and print reporters will be described. Proven best practices for maximizing “free” public relations from a variety of industries will be reviewed. This will be an interactive session that will provide tools to help you extend your presence in your local media.
2. Stretching Your Bottom Line
This presentation will provide you with ideas on how to utilize your existing assets to flow additional dollars to your bottom line. You will be given guidance on how to significantly improve the energy efficiency of your restaurants and generate bottom line savings for over a decade. You will also be shown ways to aggressively depreciate your restaurant assets and flow tens of thousands of dollars to your bottom line when you need it…now. This will be an instructive session that provides new tools to help you during these challenging economic times.
