Hotel Reservations
A block of rooms has been reserved at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge at a rate of $269 (single or double occupancy) plus 12.27% tax per room per night. Rate will be extended to those wanting to arrive up to three days prior and three days post convention dates, based on room availability. Note that the Resort has a smoke-free policy with designated outdoor smoking areas only. Click on the reservations link below for information on various room types and amenities.
There are two convenient ways to reserve your room:

Please note, when making your hotel reservation, the Marriott system will initially add a resort fee of $25 to each night reserved. This fee will NOT be applied to your bill at the time of hotel check-out. A note indicates such on the website.
Should you wish to pay the optional $25 resort fee, you may indicate such when you check into the JW Marriott Desert Ridge. Resort fee includes:
- Access to the fitness center ($20 value)
- High speed internet access and local/domestic logn distance calls ($13 value)
- Overnight self parking ($10 value)

Note there is limited availability for early arrivals on May 1, so make your reservations early!
Any cancellations must be made prior to 72 hours in advance of arrival to avoid a non-refundable charge of one night’s room and tax to your credit card.
Based upon availability, the group rate will be offered until Friday, April 3, 2009. Rooms reserved after this date cannot be guaranteed at the group rate.
NOTE: You must reserve a hotel room as well as register for the convention. These are two separate processes. Registering for the convention does not reserve you a hotel room. It is recommended that you reserve your hotel room at the same time you register for the convention.
AIRPORT
Guests are encouraged to fly into Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX).
Ground Transportation
Travel time from PHX to JW Marriott is approximately 30 minutes and may be longer during rush hour.
Taxi: approximately $60 from PHX to hotel.
Hotel Parking: Valet $25.00 or Self $10.00
