Epcot® Teddy Bear and Doll Weekend

We would like to invite you to join us as we welcome in Spring with some special furry friends and darling dolls at this year’s Teddy Bear & Doll Weekend hosted by EpcotÒ March 18-20, 2005.   Throughout the weekend, you will have the opportunity to meet over 30 artists as they showcase their beautifully created teddy bears and dolls to enhance your collection.

The weekend event will be held in World ShowPlace in EpcotÒ at Walt Disney World Resort.  As an event package guest, you will enjoy many special offerings, including, but not limited to:

An Evening Social – While enjoying culinary delights and beverages, you will have the opportunity to spend time with all the artists as you preview their creations for this year’s event.

Continental Breakfast – Get your day of shopping started with a quick bite of danishes, muffins, fruit, coffee and juice.

Limited Edition Private Sale – Event package guests will have the first exclusive opportunity to purchase their favorite teddy bears and dolls through an enhanced Random Selection Process (RSP).  Click here for more information regarding the RSP process.

Live Auction – Experience a live auction with one-of-a-kind teddy bears and dolls created exclusively for this event by each artist.  You can bid on your favorite pieces, or just enjoy the fast-paced action of this exciting experience.

Event Exclusive Commemorative Gift – Receive a special gift that has been created exclusively for package guests as a thank you for attending.

Theme park Admission and EpcotÒ Auto Parking – Receive a 2-day theme park ticket valid for EpcotÒ, Magic KingdomÒ Park, Disney-MGM Studios, and Disney’s Animal KingdomÒ Theme Park during normal operating park hours only, as well as parking admission for EpcotÒ.

EVENT PACKAGE includes the following:

·        Admission to convention events including: Private Shopping, Continental Breakfast, Banquet Dinner, Live Auction, Evening Social with Artists, and more!

·        Theme park ticket valid for March 19^th and 20^th.  (Provides admission to EpcotÒ, Magic Kingdom® Park, the Disney-MGM Studios and Disney’s Animal Kingdom® Theme Park during regular theme park hours.)  Note: Annual Passholders may deduct this ticket from their package for a reduction of $108 per Guest over 9 and $86 per Guest age 3-9.

OPTIONAL RESORT ACCOMMODATIONS:

·        A block of rooms has been reserved at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort should you wish to stay with us. Rooms are $99.24 per room, per night, including tax.  Guests staying at the resort will have access to existing Walt Disney World® Transportation; there is no additional transportation for event guests.
