ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Event Registration 
Early registration will take place at West Registration at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel® & Spa on Tuesday, September 8, 2009 from 5 PM – 10 PM and regular registration on Wednesday, September 9, 2009 (please see specific event package itinerary for registration times). Please be prepared to show photo identification in order to register for the event.   As a reminder, Guests of Disneyland® Resort Merchandise Special Events may not register or pick-up Random Selection Process merchandise for another event Guest. All Guests must register in person at the event and be prepared to provide photo identification. If you have any questions or concerns regarding these guidelines please contact Walt Disney Event Services at (866) 247-1203 no later than 4:00 PM Eastern on Monday, August 31, 2009. 

Hotel Registration & Parking (Grinning Ghosts Package only)
Registration for your hotel stay will take place at the main registration area of Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel® & Spa. Self-Parking is included in conjunction with your stay at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel® & Spa only. Valet parking is not included.
 
Hotel Registration & Parking (Foolish Mortals Package only)
Registration for your hotel stay will take place at the main registration area of the Disneyland® Hotel. Self-Parking is included in conjunction with your stay at the Disneyland® Hotel.  Valet parking is not included.
 
Parking (Dearly Departed and Hitchhikers Packages)
Parking is not included in the event package.  However, in order to make your stay with us more enjoyable we recommend that you park in the Mickey & Friends parking structure.

Attire 
We ask that you please dress comfortably as portions of the event will take place in an outside venue.  Haunted Mansion themed attire is acceptable.  However, costumes and masks are not permitted at the Disneyland® Resort and we ask that your apparel be tasteful and not include anything that may be construed as a weapon.  Additionally, no long flowing gowns are permitted.
 
Event Venues
Please be prepared to show your event credential as you enter all venues. Separate theme park admission is required to enter Disneyland® Resort theme parks.

Artist Signing
Limit ONE (1) item signed per Artist, per Guest. Special Appearance Guests will only sign their respective merchandise. We ask that you bring no personal items to be signed. Merchandise must be purchased in conjunction with the Haunted Mansion 40th Anniversary event. Merchandise receipt may be required. Artist appearances are subject to space and availability and are not guaranteed.

Wedding Feast (Grinning Ghosts, Foolish Mortals & Dearly Departed only)
A limited selection of alcoholic beverages will be served. Alcoholic beverages will only be served to Guests age 21 and over who provide proper identification.
 
Commemorative Gifts
In an effort to assist you in having an extraordinary experience commemorative gifts will be distributed at Registration. This will ensure you receive all of your amenities. This will also allow those who need to depart early to have the sure knowledge you did not miss out on receiving any of the keepsakes.
