Conference registration fee includes admission to keynote presentations, executive panels, all concurrent sessions, exhibits, two lunches, refreshment breaks, and Sunday evening reception. Daily fee includes only admission, exhibit, and lunch. 

Note: Nonmember registration includes a one-year membership as a forum member in the Energy and Environmental Division or the Design and Construction Division.

Substitutions or Cancellations
Substitutions can be made at any time, even on-site at the conference. If you find you cannot attend and cannot send a substitute, we will be happy to transfer your conference fees to another ASQ-EED conference or course of your choice, or if you prefer, we will refund your conference registration fee subject to the following deadlines. 

Requests for cancellations or transfers received on or before September 18 will receive a full refund or transfer less $40. Requests received between September 19 and October 1 will incur a $100 processing fee. No requests for refunds or transfers will be accepted after October 1.
