CME Credits 

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essentials Areas and Policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education through the joint sponsorship of Memorial Hospital Jacksonville, North Florida Cardiovascular Education Foundation, the Florida Chapter of the American College of Cardiology and the American College of Cardiology Foundation.

Memorial Hospital Jacksonville is an organization accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACME) to sponsor continuing medical education for physicians. We have applied to Memorial Hospital requesting they designate this education activity a maximum of 10 Category 1 credits toward the AMA Physician’s Recognition Award. Each Physician should claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent in this educational activity.
