RESERVATION PROCEDURES:
Step I: Confirm Your Attendance & Reserve Your Hotel Guest Room
ALL meeting attendees are required to confirm their attendance through the
this website. This is to ensure we have an accurate count for meals, meeting room set-ups,
and handouts.
Please click on the Registration & Hotel Reservation TAB at the top of the page
to begin the registration process.
Attendance and hotel reservations will be accommodated on a first-come, first-serve basis. Unreserved rooms in our block will be released on April 9, 2010. Any replies received after that date will be accommodated based upon availability at the Four Seasons Resort, Irving, Texas. Late responders will be requested to arrange their own lodging if the hotel sells out.
Step II: Arrange Your Travel
All meeting participants are asked to book their own travel with the travel agent or airline of their choice. Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) is the closest airport to the Four Seasons Resort, approximately 15 minutes from the hotel. Please be sure to check the tentative agenda for your required meetings prior to booking your flights.
All meeting participants are responsible for planning their own ground transportation to and from the hotel.
