To make this possible, we are providing a live webcast of our Town Hall Meeting in Harrisburg, PA on Tuesday, January 26, 2010 from 9:00am to 11:00am Eastern Standard Time.

Q: How do I register for the webcast?
A: Choose the "Register" tab at the top of this page. Follow the instructions within the registration session. You will select the "Harrisburg, PA - Webcast" button as the meeting you would like to attend.
Q: How do I log into the webcast?
A: The day before the Town Hall Meeting, an email will be sent to the email address you entered into your registration. The email will include all of the instructions you will need to log into the webcast.
Q: I don't have the Internet capabilities to view the webcast. Is there an alternative for me?
A: Yes. In addition to the webcast, an audio-only version of the meeting will be available for members without the Internet capabilities to view the webcast.
Q: How do I register for the audio-only version?
A: Register exactly the same way as for the webcast. A phone number for audio-only attendees will be emailed along with the log-in instructions for the webcast the day before the meeting.
Q: Will I be able to ask questions during the webcast?
A: Yes. As part of the webcast, members will have the ability to send in their questions during the Q&A portion of this meeting. A moderator will receive your question and, time permitting, will read your question for you. Note: Due to time constraints, if a similar question has already been discussed, your question may not be asked.
Q: What about on the audio-only version? How can I ask questions via this format?
A: Unfortunately, we do not have a way for members participating via the audio-only format to ask questions during the Q&A portion of this meeting. If you have a question that is not answered during the meeting, please contact your Corporate Account Manager.
Q: I'm not going to be available during this meeting and am unable to attend any of the other meetings. How can I have access to what was discussed during these Town Hall Meetings?
A: A replay of both the webcast and the audio-only version from the Harrisburg meeting will be available for 90 days following the meeting.
