The conference has secured a deep discount on room rates for attendees on a first come basis. The Sheraton San Diego Hotel & Marina special rate is $149 single/double or $147 government rate. Rate includes complimentary hi-speed internet guestroom internet access. Rooms sold out last year so you will not want to delay making your hotel reservations. Travel
If you are flying into San Diego, you will be able to use the complimentary shuttle service provided by the Sheraton. This shuttle runs on a continuous loop pattern every 20-25 minutes from 5 am – midnight. To find the shuttle: -
Arriving If you are arriving in Terminal 1: From the baggage claim area, go to the sky bridge and go down to the courtesy shuttle stop area.

If you are arriving Arriving in Terminal 2: From the baggage claim area, walk across the street to find the courtesy shuttle stop area.

If you are arriving Arriving in Commuter Terminal: Pick up the courtesy phone and call the hotel for the shuttle.
 Activities and Amenities
There are a wide variety of activities to choose from while in San Diego if you’d like to add to your total experience. You can pick from the many options offered on property at the Sheraton like swimming, tennis, jogging, and spa experiences, or you can adventure off property for anything from kayaking, biking, city tours, sailing, Sea World, and the San Diego Zoo. Note that as a guest of the Sheraton, you will have complimentary access into the fitness facilities provided at the Sheraton Hotel.
Several discounted activities are presently being arranged for conference attendees who may wish to participate before or after the event for a separately ticketed fee. These include a sailing excursion, kayaking on the coast in La Jolla, and touring and wine tasting in Coronado. Check back soon for more information on these programs.
Meals
The Sheraton San Diego Hotel & Marina provides creative and award-winning cuisine. You will be served food and beverages during the opening reception/dinner on Monday evening and breakfast, lunch and dinner on Tuesday as well as breakfast, lunch and dinner Wednesday and breakfast on Thursday. If you choose to register for the additional Hands-on Lab training on Monday, you will receive lunch that day, and if you register for the two-day optional training courses, you will also be served a boxed lunch on Thursday.
