March 18-20, 2010. Please note that the PET Committee will be meeting separately on February 18th, 2010 in Chicago.

Please share this information with your assistant(s) who help you with travel arrangements. Do not make a reservation directly with the hotel using the hotel's link listed under the "Hotel" tab; instead proceed to the "Register" tab and you will be asked "Do you need a hotel reservation?" If so, please click on "Yes" and make your arrangements through the registration form. Thank you.

MEETING MATERIALS: In an effort to have your agendas prepared prior to your meeting and reduce high business center charges at the hotel, you are encouraged to mail your photocopying needs to the Central Office by Friday, March 12, 2010. The Central Office will produce and ship your materials directly to the hotel and they will be available at your meeting. Please send your requirements to the attention of Donna Johnson with specific instructions. Otherwise, please print and bring the appropriate number of copies of handouts to your meeting.
