If you are accepted to participate in the institute, CJER will send you an e-mail confirming your attendance and providing further details about the conference. A block of rooms has been reserved for program participants at the Anaheim Marriott. Once you receive confirmation that you have been accepted to attend the institute, you will be responsible for making your own hotel reservations, although CJER will pay for your lodging costs during the institute.
Our room block includes only enough rooms to accommodate participants. If you need additional rooms, please reserve them outside the room block.
