Wendy's Update Meeting-2010

As is our tradition, the Wendy’s family will gather this Fall for our annual franchise meeting. We will be meeting at the Marriott Orlando World Center on September 20th and 21st. The leadership team will present strategies and tactics for the coming year, and together we will plan for building sales and transactions while strengthening the power of our brand. There will be plenty of opportunity to share best practices, renew old friendships and establish new ones. We will also honor the achievements of the top performers in the system.

It’s going to be a great Update Meeting! But it won’t be the same without you there. WHO SHOULD ATTEND THE ORLANDO UPDATE MEETING?

The 2010 Orlando Update Meeting will be an important business meeting for Wendy’s franchise and company operators. Like previous Update meetings, the emphasis will be on business. Supplier partners are not invited to attend.

Franchise
Franchise owners, partners, Marketing and Operations leaders, and other key members of the organization are encouraged to attend. At their discretion, franchise owners may identify other members of their organization who should attend for business purposes.

Company
The following Wendy’s company employees are expected to attend:
•  All Officers
•  All Directors–Corporate and Field
•  Field Marketing Managers
•  Field HR Managers
•  WMI Managers
•  Field Training Managers
•  Field Safety & Security Managers
•  Field Construction Managers
•  Division Maintenance Managers

Wendy’s company employees not included in the above list who believe they should attend the Update Meeting will need their SVP approval. Send approved request to Denny Lynch for senior executive review.
