If you are unable to attend the product release and would like to place your name on a Wish List should items remain after the signing, please contact Walt Disney Event Services no later than May 11, 2006 with the following information:
Name Address (no PO, APO or FPO boxes) Phone Number Method of Payment (including card # and exp date) Item name Quantity requested (maximum 2 per person)
Requests placed by close of business on May 11 will be able to have their pieces signed.
Should the item be available at the conclusion of the signing, your card will be automatically charged and the product shipped. Requests are fulfilled in order of receipt. The charge will appear on your credit card bill as "Walt Disney Event Services." Shipping & Handling (domestic: $29.95) and all applicable sales taxes will be added to the order.
Guests qualifying for a Cast Member discount must fax a copy of their Cast ID with their order to receive their discount.
