Letters from Certain: Why We’re Thankful for Our Customers


Happy Thanksgiving from Certain

At Certain, we believe that face-to-face events are an opportunity to connect with customers and provide personalized, tailored, and memorable attendee experiences. We wanted to thank each of you in a heartfelt way for challenging us to think outside the box, develop innovative solutions to complex problems, and take an integrative approach to marketing, sales, and customer success. But how could we say thank you in a way that was tailored to each of you?

After talking to our customer success, support, implementation, product, and sales teams, we came up with an idea that we were proud of. Each team member shared a personal experience they had with a customer that gave them insights into their customer’s workflow and process. Then, each team member hand-wrote a personal note thanking our customers for helping us improve the work that we do at Certain. Below are our letters. Thank you, and we hope that you enjoy them!
