Connected Planning Experience Goes Digital
Connected Planning Experience (CPX) is Anaplan’s Flagship conference and is the only global conference dedicated to Connected Planning in the industry. CPX brings together leaders to share ideas on how they leverage Anaplan’s technology and learn more about their product.
Originally planned as a live event scheduled for June 2020, the cancellation of in-person gatherings in 2020 required Anaplan transform CPX into a fully virtual event.
As a result, Digital CPX offered seven days of live and on-demand content across three times zones, with over 20 hours of technical content, customer stories, and tips for Connected Planning success.
Working with Certain
With the help of Certain, Anaplan managed all virtual attendee registrations using our dynamic registration capabilities, allowing them to tailor the event experience based on each attendee type.
Anaplan’s team were able to easily manage speakers and submissions through our speaker portal, and by leveraging our digital content and speaker hub, attendees had direct access to live and on-demand sessions and content.
Personalized and Timely Follow Up with Attendees
Using Certain’s real-time data platform, Anaplan was able to gather valuable attendee engagement data including session attendance and live versus on-demand viewing.
By utilizing our native integrations with Marketo, they could then sync the attendee data captured in Certain to trigger highly targeted marketing campaigns – offering relevant and timely follow-up with attendees throughout the event.
Certain powered more than 7,400 registrations through our dynamic website and registration experience.
Attendees had access to over 200 sessions through Certain’s digital content hub.
